About the Role

C&V Recruitment are seeking reliable Class 1 HGV Drivers to work with one of our established clients in Wath upon Dearne. This role offers a mix of trunking and general haulage with modern vehicles and minimal handball.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving Class 1 (C+E) vehicles safely and efficiently

  • Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects

  • Securing loads in line with safety regulations

  • Delivering to RDCs and customer sites

  • Completing paperwork and PODs accurately

What You’ll Need

Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence
CPC and Digital Tachograph card
Minimum 6 months’ Class 1 driving experience (preferred)
A professional, dependable, and safety-first attitude
