Are you an experienced Class 1 HGV Driver looking for reliable general haulage work in the Tamworth area? Join Drivers Today, a newly established family-run recruitment agency built on over three decades of hands-on transport experience.

The Role:

  • Driving Class 1 (C+E) vehicles for general haulage work

  • Palletised freight and curtain-sider trailers

  • Local and nationwide deliveries depending on client requirements

  • Minimal handball – mostly dock or forklift loaded

  • Monday to Friday with optional weekend shifts

Requirements:

  • Full UK Class 1 (C+E) licence

  • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card

  • Minimum 6 months Class 1 driving experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of general haulage operations

  • Professional, safety-first approach with good customer service skills
